As the Sales Support Lead at Anglian Dental Engineering, you are the essential “engine room” supporting our Sales & Marketing Director and Pre-Construction Manager. This is a high-impact role within our close-knit team, bridging the gap between initial sales inquiries and the technical pre-construction phase.

 

Your mission is to maintain the momentum of our sales pipeline and ensure the smooth running of our daily operations. You won’t just be managing diaries; you will be the heartbeat of our internal rhythm by facilitating daily huddles, driving CRM efficiency, and ensuring that project data is accurate and actionable.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the internal meeting rhythm by leading daily huddles and weekly Level 10 meetings, ensuring the team stays accountable to their action items.
  • Take full ownership of the CRM, Monday.com, and SharePoint. We are looking for someone to not just use these systems, but to design and implement improvements.
  • Proactively drive the sales cycle by following up on leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Prepare high-accuracy quotations and contracts using internal costing tools.
  • Manage diaries and task lists for senior stakeholders, ensuring milestones are hit and no lead ever falls through the cracks.
  • Assist with drawing “take-offs” and build costing workings, providing visibility reports to the management team.

 

About You:

  • Bringing 3–5 years of solid administrative experience and a Level 3 Business Administration qualification (or equivalent) to the team.
  • Driven by a continuous improvement mindset, with a proven track record of designing and enhancing CRM systems to make workflows more efficient.
  • A high-energy professional who gets the job done with genuine enthusiasm and takes personal pride in keeping everything “ship-shape.”
  • Highly proficient in CRM Systems, Excel and Powerpoint, possessing the numerical accuracy required to handle complex project costings and technical specifications.
  • Comfortable working alongside senior stakeholders, proactively prompting for actions and leading team huddles with both tact and authority.
  • Possesses a valid driving license and the flexibility for occasional travel to support business needs.
