Anglian Dental was approached by Dr Michael Platten to collaborate on the creation of a brand-new dental practice. As a new client to Anglian Dental, Dr Platten was working alongside his business partner to bring their shared vision to life under the name Claris Dental.

The brief was clear: to create a high-quality, modern practice that would stand out while meeting a tight opening deadline. This new squat practice was designed to reflect Claris Dental’s commitment to clinical excellence, efficiency, and patient comfort, while making full use of Anglian Dental’s in-house expertise across design, planning, and installation.

From the outset, Anglian Dental worked closely with Dr Platten to understand his goals for the practice and translate them into a functional, future-proof design. Our specialist design team produced detailed layouts and technical drawings, carefully planning the workflow, treatment areas, and compliance requirements to ensure a smooth build process.

The practice is located on the first floor of an office building, positioned on the main road into Newmarket town centre. With a three-month timescale to opening, careful coordination and efficient project management were essential.
