DR CARLOS CLARK

Dr Carlos Clark approached us to design a new squat practice within a listed building located in the old Market Square in Thame, Oxfordshire.

The building was formerly a kitchen showroom, enabling Dr Clark and his business partner to start the new dental practice from scratch.

We worked to turn their concept for a 4 surgery practice into a reality. As busy working dentists, they were looking for a company that could look after everything for them.

The practice design was complete with a CBCT room, decon, storage, staffroom, 4 surgeries, reception, waiting area and a disabled WC.

The build and fit-out was completed in a tight schedule and practice completion achieved within 12 weeks of starting.

Communication was vital to the success of the project. Once the project delivery phase began, regular meetings took place to ensure decisions were made when appropriate to keep everything on track.

We were delighted to project manage the build, equipment and cabinetry installation using our own team of tradesmen throughout and our expert team of dental engineers.
