Dr Rishin Patel and Dr Vishal Patel approached us in the early stages, looking to relocate an existing practice into a new building. The unit was a challenging shape and took careful design consideration to fit 5 surgeries in and all the other auxiliary rooms.

Planning involved liaison with a large contractor team which was part of the new build of the development taking place. We were involved in several design and contractor meetings and completed the technical design work.

Anglian were contracted to complete the end-to-end building and fit-out works. The unit was an empty shell with just a concrete floor and external masonry walls. We installed a raised access floor, an entrance ramp, all partitions, electrics, plumbing, joinery, flooring, decorations, bespoke reception and all related building work.

The project management team had regular meetings on site with Dr Patel to ensure it stayed on program and within budget. The project took 14 weeks from commencement to practical completion.
