LONG LEAD TIMES!
Our client was specific in their requirement for Belmont chairs from the early stages of the project. With the challenging lead times on the popular equipment, we were the right partner as we held stocks of the chosen models. This meant the project could proceed within the tight deadlines, regardless of the 9+ month lead time other suppliers were dealing with at that time.
Several design meetings were held, and numerous drawing revisions of the new layouts issued.
It was a challenging design project which involved the knocking through of an existing practice into a previously residential unit. This required careful planning and use of some tight spaces to achieve ergonomic surgeries!
The equipment was installed only several weeks after the order was placed, thanks to the local stock held.
TECHNICAL SERVICE PLANS
Working alongside the client’s builder, was slightly more challenging as they hadn’t fitted out a dental practice before, and what’s more they needed the service plans at very short notice!
However, with our detailed set of service plans, a designated project manager and a series of planning meetings, we were able to work with the contractor smoothly. This ensured all services were correctly installed as required.
Tight communication, site meetings and regular updates were important to make the project a success.
EQUIPMENT & CABINETRY
A cross section of Belmont tbCompass and Belmont Voyager III packages were installed across 4 new surgeries. These were teamed up with the reliable Durr VSA300S suction pumps and Bambi VTS250D compressors to provide the plant equipment.
High quality, bespoke designed dentist cabinetry was installed by our joinery team. These included solid surface worktops and sinks, laminate frontals and chrome bowed handles. Sleek, functional and minimalistic!
The high-quality cabinets come with assurance of well outlasting any surgery, being very robust and easy to clean.
The bespoke designs included desks, drawer pack, mixer units, wall storage units, as well as mobile storage carts, all designed specifically to make dentistry as seamless as possible within each surgery.
