DESIGN & PLANNING
Upon reaching out to Anglian Dental, Dr Dayan Jesuthasan sought to modernise and expand his recently acquired practice.
Converting the existing storeroom and staff changing area into an additional surgery presented a challenge, given the need to maintain Dr Jesuthasan’s busy schedule without disruption. Through careful planning, we seamlessly integrated the two rooms, ensuring minimal interference with ongoing operations.
Furthermore, a comprehensive renovation of the staff room enhanced its functionality and aesthetics, featuring updated flooring, cabinetry, and improved seating arrangements.
BUILDING WORKS
Anglian Dental managed all aspects of the building works, from initial strip-out to final handover. Our end-to-end project management approach allowed Dr Jesuthasan to concentrate on his clinical responsibilities without unnecessary distractions.
Addressing the complexity of removing the previous external wall required meticulous planning and execution by our internal team, ensuring the seamless integration of the new space.
Our internal build team worked on ensuring the correct steel structure was specified and installed in accordance with local building regulations.
EQUIPMENT & CABINETRY
To maintain consistency and efficiency, Dr Jesuthasan opted for the Belmont Voyager III dental equipment, renowned for its versatility and functionality, in the new surgery. Paired with the Belmont 097 x-ray, these choices ensured years of reliable performance in the dental environment.
Additionally, strategic placement of a new suction pump in a designated storage area minimised noise and heat, optimising the surgery workspace and storage capacities.
Our installation of Anglian Dental’s ‘Klasse’ cabinetry, featuring solid surface work surfaces and sinks, further elevated the quality and functionality of the newly renovated space.
