DESIGN & PLANNING
Dr Michael Clarke and his business partner, owners of a long-established dental practice in Chiswick, were approaching the end of their lease when they came to us to help them relocate to new premises within a relatively short timescale.
We worked closely with them to bring their vision to life, creating a larger practice that would provide additional space for future growth and development.
Through a collaborative design process, we supported them throughout the project, from initial planning through to completion.
BUILDING WORKS
At the beginning of the project, the new premises were a derelict office block, providing an empty shell that we transformed into a bespoke six-surgery dental practice.
Working closely with the clients, we turned their concept into reality, creating a modern and spacious environment with room to develop additional specialities within the practice.
We also assisted with building control requirements and undertook all aspects of the building works.
FLOORING & FINISHES
High-quality flooring was installed throughout the practice, including Gerflor Taralay Compact ‘Ellipse’, Gerflor Creation 55 ‘Swiss Oak Golden’, Gerflor Adventurer ‘Sandstorm’ and Forbo Tessera ‘Tawny’.
Our specialist teams also carried out the electrical and plumbing installations, along with the installation of doors and bespoke lighting, including an eye-catching LED sky panel.
The finished practice is bright, spacious and thoughtfully designed, with a strong focus on patient comfort and high-quality finishes throughout.
