DESIGN & PLANNING
Dr Michaella & Dr Sejil Karim approached us to design a new squat practice located in Petts Wood, Orpington. They secured their premises, a building which was formerly a shop, enabling the husband and wife team to start their own dental practice from scratch. As busy working dentists, they were looking for a company that could look after everything for them.
BUILDING WORKS
We worked to turn their concept for a 3 surgery practice into a reality, talking through the considerations of surgery layout design, ergonomics and creating 3D visuals to bring our designs to life. The practice design was complete with an CBCT room, decon, staff kitchen, 3 surgeries, reception, and a disabled WC.
EQUIPMENT & CABINETRY
High quality equipment and cabinetry was installed throughout. Two surgeries were equipped with Belmont Eurus S8 E chairs in ‘Oz’ luxury upholstery and Belmont Phot-X II X-rays, with room for future expansion into their 3rd surgery. A Cattani AC300Q compressor and Durr VS900 suction pump were chosen for their reliability.
