Dr Kiran Patel had heard about Anglian Dental from a nearby practice which had been a previous squat-practice project of ours. We worked closely with practice owners in the design of their brand new practice set-up. The project included the transformation of a garage into a compact but highly functional 2 surgery practice with a decon room. As with most squat practices, budget was a key aspect so this was carefully considered throughout the whole process.

We were involved with initial feasibility studies, cost summaries, general arrangement plans, building control and technical drawings. The practice design was complete with a reception & waiting area, decon, 1 fully equipped surgery and a 2nd room to allow for future growth. We were delighted to project manage the build, equipment and cabinetry installation using our own team of tradesmen throughout and our expert team of dental engineers.
