DESIGN & PLANNING
Dr Vish Patel came to us recommended, as many of our clients do. The scope was to convert an existing waiting room, which was very dated, into a modern dental surgery to expand the capacity of the practice.
The room turned out to be more complex that initially expected as we had to future proof for potential future expansion and deal with the existing fabric of the building, parts of which, were very old!
BUILD & FIT-OUT
We provided a ‘one-stop-shop’ solution for the project, whereby our team completed all the building works, joinery, plumbing, electrics, flooring, decorations and finishing. We worked whilst the rest of the practice was operational so keeping disruption to a minimum was of upmost importance.
By providing the client with a turnkey solution, he was able to continue with his clinical work undistracted, and leave the project management to the experts!
Project communication was optimised by setting up regular site meetings and the use of a WhatsApp group.
EQUIPMENT
Due to the space constraints, the Belmont Eurus S6 chair package was chosen. This high specification chair provides a state-of-the-art delivery unit for the dentist and a very ergonomic solution for the patient and clinical team alike. This was teamed with a Durr VSA300S suction pump and a Cattani AC300 compressor.
The new set of cabinetry was designed and installed by our joinery team with solid surface worktops, wall cabinetry and LED under plinth lighting. Easy to use, simple to clean and with a modern, timeless look.
