We worked closely with owners Dr Garcia and Dr Hill in the design of their practice set-up, with several remote and face-to-face meetings throughout various stages of lockdown! A detailed design process was gone through to ensure all elements were considered and that it met compliance to CQC and HTM guidance. This included early-stage layout plans, site feasibility checks and interior design works.

We also completed the building control drawings and achieved building control sign-off.

The design allowed for an initial surgery with space to expand in future to add further surgeries.
The simple but elegant design of the waiting and reception area gives an excellent first impression and the colour of the feature walls matches the brand colours.

Our fit-out team completed all elements of the building works from structural steel installations, a new staircase, through to decorative finishes and joinery.

We helped the client manage the relocation of incoming electrical power cabling and ran a new drainage supply for the disabled WC which involved groundworks.

The clinicians were kept updated throughout the project with regular site meetings to ensure decisions and choices were made in a timely manner. The project ran for a duration of 12 weeks from start to finish.

The ‘one-stop-shop’ approach we took meant we were responsible for all elements of the project and gave the client a single point of contact throughout, whilst saving them time and hassle.

One surgery was installed initially but a second followed not long after opening.

Our joinery team designed and installed high-quality bespoke cabinetry with solid surface worktops and seamless sinks.

Belmont Compass Vac-Pac chair packages were chosen for their ambidextrous features and quality finishes. The luxury padded seat cushion is classy and comfortable.

Dental suction equipment from Cattani was installed to provide a reliable base for the practice to operate from.
