DR SAUL KONVISER & DR RICHARD HORWITZ

Dr Saul Konviser & Dr Richard Horwitz approached us to design a new squat practice located within Centennial Park, a commercial complex in Elstree.
The finished result, Centennial Park Dental is a beautifully designed practice with a calm and welcoming feel, complete with state-of-the-art equipment.
We were involved with initial feasibility studies, cost summaries, general arrangement plans, building control, technical drawings and all construction design.
We transformed the ground floor shell into an ethical, warm and welcoming practice with space for 5 surgeries, decontamination room, CBCT, TCO and staff room.

A program was agreed and shared with Dr Konviser and Dr Horwitz and a regular rhythm of update meetings arranged so all parties were kept informed throughout and decisions made quickly.
We project managed the entire process and used all our own in-house trades from initial works through to final decorations.
Anglian were contracted to complete the end-to-end building and fit-out works. We installed all electrics, plumbing, joinery, flooring, decorations and reception.
The project management team had regular meetings on site to ensure it stayed on program and within budget.
