DESIGN & PLANNING
A challenging design but with impressive results!
This former retail space is split across 2 floors and over 3000 sq foot. It took several revisions and meetings to produce a scheme that included all the clients requirements and met current regulations.
We were involved in planning applications, interior design, building control, fire approvals and all construction design work.
The practice is state-of-the art and includes feature walls, glass partitioning, chandeliers, feature lighting, bespoke reception furniture and a full heat recovery ventilation system for 10 air changes per hour.
BUILD & FIT-OUT
The project spanned 5 months on site. Anglian Dental’s build team took the space from an empty shell with no internal partitions to the stunning practice it is now.
We were responsible for all packages of the project from ventilation, electrical, plumbing, general builders work, flooring, decorations, lighting, joinery, air-conditioning. Keeping exceptional communications throughout was achieved with regular site meetings to make decisions and update on progress.
The specification opted for was high-end and no expense was spared on the bespoke features which easily sets this practice among the best within London!
Anglian Dental project managed the whole process. For a principal, completing a large project like this, whilst running an existing practice and working clinically would have been extremely challenging for the owners without the ‘one-stop-shop’ service we provided.
EQUIPMENT & CABINETRY
Six surgeries and a decontamination room were fitted.
The Principal’s surgeries opted for high-end Heka Unicline S suites for the sleek design and premium specifications. This followed a visit to the Heka Copenhagen factory to see where they are made!
Four Belmont Voyager III chairs were fitted in the other rooms due to their reliability and simplicity.
Bespoke cabinetry, reception desk and seating were installed in solid surface materials for optimum durability, longevity and high-impact aesthetics.
