PERSONAL DATA

You can also choose to upload additional documents such as your cover letter, CV, and reference letters, which may contain other personal details, such as your date of birth, address, etc. Only authorized People and Culture employees and staff directly involved in recruitment will have access to your data.
STORAGE & RETENTION
Your data will be stored in our Talent Pool for a period of 12 to 24 months from the date you submit your application. This allows us to consider you for future job opportunities within this period. After this time, we will either delete or anonymize your data.
• Anonymization: If we anonymize your data, it will no longer contain personal identifiers but may be used in aggregate form for statistical analysis, such as understanding application trends (e.g., gender representation, number of applicants over a certain period, etc.).
You have the right to request that your data be removed from our Talent Pool at any time. If you withdraw your consent, we will delete or anonymize your data immediately upon request.
If you are offered and accept a position with us, we will retain your personal data for the duration of your employment in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
THIRD PARTY DISCLOSURE
Data transmitted as part of your application will be securely transferred using TLS encryption and stored in a database operated by Personio GmbH, which provides our applicant and human resource management software. Personio acts as our processor under Article 28 of the GDPR, and all processing is carried out in compliance with an agreement between us and Personio for data processing purposes.

RIGHTS TO DATA SUBJECTS
If we as the controller process personal data, you as the data subject have certain rights under Chapter III of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), depending on the legal basis and the purpose of the processing, in particular the right of access (article 15 of the GDPR) and the rights to rectification (article 16 of the GDPR), erasure (article 17 of the GDPR), restriction of processing (article 18 of the GDPR), and data portability (article 20 of the GDPR), as well as the right to object (article 21 of the GDPR). If the personal data is processed with your consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent under article 7 III of the GDPR.
