DESIGN & PLANNING
We were asked by Dr Neil Shah to help transform this long-standing family-run clinic near Finsbury Park in London.
This refurbishment and expansion project required careful planning to ensure preservation of its legacy while upgrading facilities to create a modern and comfortable environment for staff and patients.
The design focused on creating a welcoming patient environment and optimising clinical workflows for their multidisciplinary team, allowing them to offer a high quality of care.
BUILDING WORKS
The project was delivered in phased stages. Phase one involved fitting out the new extension, creating four state-of-the-art surgeries.
Phase two focused on refurbishing the original practice, adding two further surgeries, a decontamination room, and upgrading reception and waiting areas.
The final phase enhanced the exterior, completing a modern, cohesive practice environment.
EQUIPMENT & CABINETRY
Our specialist engineering team installed high-performance equipment, including Belmont Eurus S6 and S8 dental chairs in ‘Silver Pearl’ upholstery,
Belmont Phot-XII wall-mounted X-ray units, and a Planmeca ProMax 3D CBCT machine. Reliable plant equipment was specified, with a Cattani AC300 compressor and Turbo Smart ‘A’ suction pump.
High quality cabinetry, solid surface worktops and Corian sinks completed the surgeries, ensuring durability, functionality, and seamless aesthetics.
