Site Supervisor

We are on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing our project sites in the London area and ensuring that all work adheres to project plans and safety regulations. As a Site Supervisor for Anglian Dental you will be supporting the day-to-day operations on the project site, managing engineers and subcontractors, and liaising with clients and other stakeholders. Your collaboration with Project Managers and Installation Managers will be crucial in ensuring that all on-site operations align with the project’s scope and schedule, ultimately fulfilling client expectations.

Key responsibilities:

-Oversee all on-site activities and conduct regular inspections to ensure that they align with the project plans, local building regulations and quality standards on two or three projects at any one time.
-Manage on-site resources, including subcontractors, materials, engineers and equipment.
-Coordinate with our Purchasing Team and Dental Equipment Installation Managers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
-Ensure that all on-site activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
-Communicate with clients, team members and other stakeholders to keep them updated on the project’s progress. You will be the primary contact that the client and any site operatives have with the project.
-Identify and mitigate potential risks or issues that could impact the project.
-Work closely with the Project Managers and Installation Managers to ensure smooth project execution.
-Build strong relationships with clients to ensure a clear understanding of project results and their satisfaction with the progress and quality of work.
-Work collaboratively with team members to ensure project feedback between departments are actioned.
-Provide on-site guidance to subcontractors, if needed.
-Maintain accurate records of on-site activities.
-Oversee multiple projects/sites concurrently.
-Undertake ad-hoc hands on tasks as necessary.
-Organise snag visits post project completion and if necessary carry out small tasks yourself

Project Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and delivering projects from start to finish while providing exceptional customer service. You will coordinate resources, analyze project status, and establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders. Your ultimate goal is to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget, and meet the clients’ expectations.

Key responsibilities:

-Identify the project’s objectives and resources required to achieve the client’s vision.
-Oversee all aspects of the project and ensure that it meets the required standards and quality benchmarks.
-Set clear expectations with clients on project timelines.
-Manage internal and external stakeholders and ensure that all tasks and steps are completed on time and within budget.
-Monitor the project’s progress, identify potential risks or issues that could impact the project, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
-Provide regular updates and reports on the project’s status and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned with the project’s objectives.

Decontamination Engineering Lead

As Anglian Dental Engineering’s Decontamination Engineering Lead, you will set up and lead the Decontamination Department. You will work with the Engineering Team Lead and the Operations Director to deliver decontamination services that meet the highest quality, safety and compliance standards. You will be a specialist in various equipment, such as Steam Sterilisers, Vacuum Sterilisers, Instrument Washer Disinfectors, and Autoclaves. This hybrid role will involve attending Decon installations and training engineers on how to service, repair, validate, and maintain this equipment, ensuring the smooth operation of our advanced technologies. You will also inspect pressure vessels on autoclaves and comply with all relevant regulations and standards.

Key responsibilities:

– Responsible for establishing and managing the Decon department.
-Ensure the delivery of decontamination installation and services that meet the highest quality, safety, and compliance standards.
-Handle various equipment such as Steam Sterilisers, -Vacuum Sterilisers, Instrument Washer Disinfectors, and Autoclaves.

-Conduct pressure vessel inspections on autoclaves and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
-Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers and colleagues.
