Technical & Quality Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of dental equipment and excellent communication skills. This role is an opportunity to contribute to a team that is dedicated to providing top-notch dental equipment services.

Key responsibilities:

-Provide reactive technical support for incoming service call-out requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
-Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) to meet or exceed customer expectations.
-Offer remote technical support to our service and installation engineers.
-Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to support team members, fostering their professional growth.
-Monitor and adherer to performance indicators and customer feedback for management review.
-Manage diaries for the engineers within allocated area.
-Advise clients on the proper use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of dental equipment within their practices.
-Prepare quotes for customers based on further work recommendations.
-Attend sites to complete repair works in case of tricky faults or high workload.
-Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to communicate customer feedback and contribute to product improvement.

Decontamination Engineering Lead

As Anglian Dental Engineering’s Decontamination Engineering Lead, you will set up and lead the Decontamination Department. You will work with the Engineering Team Lead and the Operations Director to deliver decontamination services that meet the highest quality, safety and compliance standards. You will be a specialist in various equipment, such as Steam Sterilisers, Vacuum Sterilisers, Instrument Washer Disinfectors, and Autoclaves. This hybrid role will involve attending Decon installations and training engineers on how to service, repair, validate, and maintain this equipment, ensuring the smooth operation of our advanced technologies. You will also inspect pressure vessels on autoclaves and comply with all relevant regulations and standards.

Key responsibilities:

– Responsible for establishing and managing the Decon department.
-Ensure the delivery of decontamination installation and services that meet the highest quality, safety, and compliance standards.
-Handle various equipment such as Steam Sterilisers, -Vacuum Sterilisers, Instrument Washer Disinfectors, and Autoclaves.
-Train engineers on how to service, repair, validate, and maintain decontamination equipment.
-Conduct inspections on autoclaves and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
-Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to customers and colleagues.
-Drive sales and sign up customers to the service contracts.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers.

Decontamination Engineer

As a Decontamination Engineer at Anglian Dental Engineering, you will be part of the Operations Department, ensuring that our services meet the highest quality, safety and compliance standards. Apprentice Dental Engineer

Here at Anglian Dental Engineering we now offer both Apprenticeships and training opportunities for aspiring Field Service Dental Engineers. As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking for passionate and reliable individuals who are eager to learn and grow with us.

Key responsibilities:

In your first 3 to 6 months of training you will:

-Learn and perform proactive and reactive maintenance: You will be trained to inspect and maintain dental equipment to ensure efficient operation and attend call outs when necessary, minimising downtime for dental practices.
-Assist in installation and commissioning activities: You will learn how to set up new dental equipment, including installation and initial testing.
-Complete required company documentation: You will be taught how to maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and installations. This documentation is crucial for tracking maintenance history and ensuring compliance.
-Follow Anglian Dental’s quality system and procedures: You will adhere to company quality standards and procedures at all times to maintain consistency and quality in your work.
-Attend manufacturers and Anglian Dental’s training programs: You will stay updated with the latest technologies and techniques by attending training programs.
-Build and maintain customer relationships: You will learn how to build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing exceptional Customer Service to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
